What is the Minimum stay?
A minimum stay ranges from 2 nights – 7 nights

What do l bring?
Each of our properties come equipped with the essentials to help you feel right at home. You’ll find:
- Fresh bath and kitchen towels
- A hair dryer
- Shower gel
- Tissues
Feel free to bring along any personal items that will make your stay even more comfortable — we want you to settle in just the way you like it.
Where do I park?
All our properties have free parking. Please read your check in instructions for the property booked.
Do you have cooking facilities?
Yes. All properties have a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, we provide cooking oil, salt, tea, coffee and sugar.
What sort of indoor entertainment do you have?
Each property has a smart TV and a selection of board games.
What time is check in and check out?
To make your stay as smooth as possible, all our properties offer self-check-in from 4:00 PM onwards. You’ll receive detailed check in instructions before your arrival which will contain everything you need to access the property and settle in comfortably.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Need a little more flexibility? Where possible, we’re happy to adjust check-in or check-out times at a small fee. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Is there free WIFI?
Yes. Details will be provided in your check in instructions.
Do you have heating?
Yes. All our properties have central heating.
Are children allowed?
Yes. All our properties are family friendly.
Can we have visitors during our stay?
Yes, visitors are allowed during your stay however, guests cannot stay overnight. Only booked guests can overnight in any of our properties.
Do you have quiet hours?
We aim to provide a noise free environment for you and the community. Please be respectful to other guests staying within the same building with you as well as the neighbourhood.
We ask that noise is kept down between 11pm – 6am.
